Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 45-days of order. Returns may have a 15% restocking fees. There are NO fees for exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- All returned items must have all tags attached, sealed and UNOPENED in their original condition. Items without all applicable tags, slightly cut, tampered with, or just in bad returned condition will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- CLOSEOUT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Return instructions
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also email us directly at returns@craftsoutlet.com
Exchange or Remorse Policy
If you happen to buy the wrong size item, which is common, there will be no fees for the exchange and we will reship the items back to you for free. Just send it back to us with your desired size. Original shipping cost always deducted.
We ship daily; usually we ship 1-2 business days after you place your order.
Some orders may take longer to prepare and process depending on the type of product ordered and the number of items. Expect longer processing time for orders with 8 or more items or delicate items requiring extra shipping protection.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
