Return Policy

Our goal at The Crafts Outlet is to have you completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your items in their original packaging with your invoice and the reason for your return within 30 days and we will issue a store credit or a refund to your Paypal account. Please note that we do not refund any shipping cost. All returned items must be in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging, instructions etc).

• All delivery, shipping and handling charges (unless an error has occurred in the shipping of your order)

• Custom personalized or altered items are non-refundable non-exchangable (ie, invitations, cards, tags, custom jewelry...)
• for hygienic reasons, personalized jeweler, earrings and rings .
• Seasonal items (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) returns will not be permitted after the event date.

Shipping Policies and Schedules:

We ship on a daily basis; it takes about 1-2 business day to process the order from the time we receive your payment. Orders received on Friday after 12:00pm EST, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Services

We use the Canada Post or UPS for all shipping, domestic and international depending on the locations and cost. All promotional; packages ship via Small Air Packet or Light Packet which takes anywhere between 4-12 business days and does not offer online tracking. Please note that Canada Post does not supply online tracking for this shipping service. If you would like to track your package online or you need your item to arrive at a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to a different option.

Promotional and Flat Rate Shipping for small to medium orders

• USA Light Packet? - This is an economical shipping service for sending small, lightweight goods to the United States. USA Light Packet is for consumers and small businesses shipping small, low-value items such as CDs and DVDs weighing less than 500 grams. Although Canada Post does not provide service standards on USA Light Packet, delivery times should be similar to those of USA Letter-post (4 up to 6 business days). Please note that Canada Post does not supply online tracking for this shipping service. If you would like to track your package online or you need your item to arrive at a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to a different option.
  
  
• USA Air Small Packet? - This is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items via air. The maximum weight for a Small Packets item to the United States is 1kg. Delivery standards are 4 up to 10 business days. Includes: $100.00 CAD Coverage. Please note that Canada Post does not supply online tracking for this shipping service. If you would like to track your package online or you need your item to arrive at a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to a different option.

• Xpresspost? - USA - This service provides fast, guaranteed, on-time delivery with delivery confirmation for documents, packages, and parcels destined for addresses and Post Office boxes in the United States. Delivery standards are 3 up to 5 business days between major urban centres. Includes: Delivery Confirmation, Guaranteed On-Time Delivery, and $100.00 CAD Coverage.
